Beginning in 2016, KAMA began establishing scholarship endowments for medical and nursing students from our area. Since that time, KAMA has established two endowed medical scholarships and three nursing scholarships. Funds used to establish the endowments came from the KAMA Philanthropic Endowment Fund at the East Tennessee Foundation, formerly the KAMA Health Discovery Fund, and proceeds from KAMA Philanthropic Fund annual fundraising events.  KAMA continues to support the endowments through the annual Holiday Sharing Card campaign.
